Sugar Cloud Cakes started out as a hobby. I simply love baking and cooking for family and friends and after having my own children I became more passionate about it and did many courses in Cake Decorating and Sugar Art and later on I jumped on the opportunity to study and improve my skills by doing Certificate III in Patisserie (Diplôme de Pâtissiere) at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney (French Culinary School) and graduated in October 2015.
Most of my creations has been inspired by many chefs and cake artists locally and around the world. I really appreciate their talent and their dedication to their creations. I have been quite lucky and blessed to be able to work and be trained by great chefs and cake artists in Australia and a few from overseas.
It’s always a great privilage to be entrusted to create cakes and sweets to help celebrate many special moments for friends, family and many of my customers. I look forward to create many more special creations for you all.
Every piece of creation has been thought of and done with lots of care, quality of craftsmanship and love for the art of patisserie.
